职位描述

岗位职责：外贸助理 外贸跟单 Position：Commercial Assistant 岗位职责： Job Responsibilities： 1、协助总经理开展辅助工作。包括客户关系的维护、沟通反馈汇总工作； Duty job related to sales, assisting GM in contract, inspection, evaluation and feedback ect. 2、销售订单的跟进与质量检测验收工作； Supervision and inspection of the implementation of orders 3、物品交货期的跟踪及控制； Controling and Inspecting the goods delivery 4、进行相关市场行情的调查、熟悉和掌握各类物资的名称、型号、规格、单价、用途和产地。 Survey of the relevant market, familiar with the materials name, type, size, price, purpose and origin etc. 5、操作商务电子平台，市场推广，管理相关文件，归档形成系统化管理。 Operation of commercial platform, marketing, documentation. 6、完成上级交代的其他工作，如行政人事方面 Finish other assigned tasks from superior 任职资格; Qualification of the job 1、大专及以上学历，英语、材料、国际贸易等相关专业优先； College or more higher education, international economical and trade, English, Purchasing and Supply Management education is Priority 2、一年以上相关工作经验,海外联系、客服订单跟单经验优先考虑 Have minimum 1 years relevant Work experience 3、熟悉采购、销售和出口流程；熟悉财务知识 Fimilar with the purchasing and international business process.Knowledge in accounting 4、熟练使用Word, excel等办公软件，电脑操作熟练； Fimilar with the Word, excel etc. 5、工作细致认真，责任心强，思维敏捷，具有较强的团队合作精神。 Have strongly responsible,earnestly word attitude,smartly cogitation and team conscious. 6、有玻璃加工制造同行业工作经验优先 Appliant who has same profession in glass processing is of priority. 7、 大学英语六级或以上水平 Good command of English.
